Frequently Asked Questions

The Desk plan includes a 14-day trial with full access to all features. Connect your data feeds, test volatility surface generation, and run portfolio analytics. No credit card required to start. If you decide not to continue, your data is deleted within 30 days.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately — we prorate the remaining days on your current plan. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Enterprise customers on annual contracts can add seats at any time; contact your account manager for pricing adjustments.

All data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Allasso runs in SOC 2 Type II certified data centers in Zurich and Frankfurt. Position data is logically isolated per tenant. Enterprise customers can opt for a dedicated instance with their own encryption keys.

Analyst accounts are ready within minutes — sign up, select your markets, and start pricing. Desk accounts typically go live in 1-2 business days after configuring exchange data feeds. Enterprise deployments with ETRM integration average 4-6 weeks, including UAT and parallel running.

Enterprise plan includes an on-premise option. Allasso deploys as Docker containers behind your firewall. The pricing engine runs locally; only anonymized usage telemetry leaves your network (and that can be disabled). Market data feeds connect directly to your existing infrastructure.
